(3) Verzögert sich der Beginn der Bauarbeiten, so kann der Mieter eine Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses um einen entsprechenden Zeitraum verlangen. (4) Der Mieter kann eine angemessene Senkung der Miete verlangen. (5) Eine zum Nachteil des Mieters abweichende Vereinbarung ist unwirksam.
