(1) Wer eine der in § 22 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 bis 3, 5 bis 7 bezeichneten Handlungen wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft. (2) Wer in den Fällen des Absatzes 1 Nr. 1 die Gefahr fahrlässig verursacht, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu sechs Monaten oder mit Geldstrafe bis zu 180 Tagessätzen bestraft.
