Wird der vermietete Wohnraum von dem Erwerber weiterveräußert oder belastet, so sind § 566 Abs. 1 und die §§ 566a bis 567a entsprechend anzuwenden. Erfüllt der neue Erwerber die sich aus dem Mietverhältnis ergebenden Pflichten nicht, so haftet der Vermieter dem Mieter nach § 566 Abs. 2.
