(1) Auf Saisonbetriebe und Kampagne-Betriebe finden die Vorschriften dieses Abschnitts bei Entlassungen, die durch diese Eigenart der Betriebe bedingt sind, keine Anwendung. (2) Keine Saisonbetriebe oder Kampagne-Betriebe sind Betriebe des Baugewerbes, in denen die ganzjährige Beschäftigung nach dem Dritten Buch Sozialgesetzbuch gefördert wird. Das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales wird ermächtigt, durch Rechtsverordnung Vorschriften zu erlassen, welche Betriebe als Saisonbetriebe oder Kampagne-Betriebe im Sinne des Absatzes 1 gelten.
