(1) Anspruch auf ein Zwölftel des Jahresurlaubs für jeden vollen Monat des Bestehens des Arbeitsverhältnisses hat der Arbeitnehmer (2) Bruchteile von Urlaubstagen, die mindestens einen halben Tag ergeben, sind auf volle Urlaubstage aufzurunden.
